The worlds first uterus transplantaion from mother to daughter

Last autumn in Göteborg. After 20 hours of surgery a womb has been donated from a mother to her daughter — born lacking the organ essential for her ability to also become a mother. The international team of surgeons was lead by Mats Brännström, occupied by this challenge since 1999. Hear his own words on this world unique surgical endeavour.
